We know that you want to receive your order fast! In most cases, orders placed by 1pm EST ship out the same day. We offer USPS First Class Mail service within the US and USPS Priority and Express service within the continental US. Transit time for ground service within the continental US is 2-5 business days. We will email you with your tracking number once your order ships.

International shipping:

We gladly ship to international destinations via USPS Express mail international. International customers are responsible for paying all local duties and taxes. BellyMoms is not responsible for customs processes that may delay the delivery of your package beyond the typical timeframe of 14 days. When selecting your shipping option at checkout, please be sure to select the correct country that you are shipping to so that there is not a delay in processing your order. We regret that we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges outside of the U.S.

For USPS Express service within the Continental U.S. only, add $21 to the regular shipping fee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to return something, simply mail back unworn, unwashed, items to us within 60 days for a full refund (excluding your original shipping charge). No advance return authorization is required. We will credit your credit card from the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the time your return is received, to process your return and credit your card. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges to ship the returned items back to us.

If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charge, within the U.S. only. Simply indicate on your return/exchange form what items you would like to exchange and for what. Please allow up to 5 days from the time your exchange is received, to process it and ship out your new item(s). If you need your items sooner, please indicate so on the return form.

International customers please take note that free shipping on exchanges only applies to orders being shipped to U.S. addresses. We regret that we cannot ship out exchanges free of shipping charges outside of the U.S.

We process and ship orders very fast, so if your order has already shipped you will be responsible for mailing it back to us as a return. Please note that we charge sales tax in the state of Washington.

You may choose from any of our gift wrap options for any items you would like to send gift wrapped. If you choose the gift message option to ship directly to the recipient, you can enter a personalized gift message at checkout. There is a box that will prompt you for your message. Rest assured that we do not print prices on our packing slips so the recipient will not see the price.
